Weekdays between 7 am and 8 pm, Sundays and public holidays between 8 am and 8 pm; clear snow without delay. Snow or ice arising after 8 pm must be dealt with by 7 am the following day.
Clear and grit pavements to the width needed for use (1.50 m where the pavement is wider). Where road and pavement are not separated, a 1.50 m strip along the property boundary, as far as the street width allows.
Grit with abrasive material such as expanded shale, fine chippings or sand. Road salt is banned, except in exceptional weather such as freezing rain and on steps and paths steeper than 4 %, where abrasive material is not enough.
Do not put salt on planted areas, tree pits or flower beds, nor pile salty snow on them. Remove grit after the end of the winter season.
