Between 8 am and 8 pm remove snow without delay once snowfall ends and clear black ice as often as necessary without delay; snow falling or ice forming after 8 pm must be cleared by 8 am the following day.
Where local conditions allow, keep the pavement clear of snow and grit it when icy to a width of 1.50 m.
Grit with abrasive material when there is black ice; pure de-icing salt is banned on pavements.
